Hire quote

  • We offer delivery to Melbourne Eastern Suburbs and Yarra Valley.

    Pick-up option is available for our Cosy Corner and Wooden Wonderland packages.

Rules of Play

  • Unfortunately, no. Face paint permanently damages our equipment, so we cannot set up at an event where face painting is available.

  • Our play equipment is suitable for children age 5 and under.

    Adult supervision is mandatory at all times.

  • No food or drinks within the play space.

    A cleaning fee will be applied if there is food and drink on the equipment, and your bond may not be returned if the equipment is permanently damaged

  • Our amazing foam mats are perfect to soften a little one’s fall but they are delicate when we are talking about shoes.

    Shoes and high heels damage the mats and that’s why we provide a shoe rack for all of our spaces. Please help us care for the equipment and advise your guests of this.

Delivery and pickup

  • The delivery fee will be calculated based on location of the event and packages selected.

  • We will coordinate the delivery and collection time with you, but it will be at least 1 hour before the event start time.

  • You can, but additional fees will apply and it will depend on the availability of our team.

  • Yes. You must advise of any stairs or lifts, or if there is no close access to the venue from the carpark.

    Some of our play equipment is really heavy and bulky and requires two people to lift. Stairs, lifts and long distances increase the time taken to set up the equipment.

  • Yes! Our Cosy Corner and Wooden Wonderland packages are available for free pick-up, however you must have a suitable enclosed vehicle to transport them.

    Unfortunately our Soft Play packages are not available for pick-up due to the size and weight of the equipment.

Setup

  • We do! Outdoor setup is available for our Soft Play and Wooden Wonderland packages as long as:

    • Wind is forecasted to be less than 30km/hr

    • There is 0% chances of rain

    You must always have a an indoor setup backup plan. We do not offer refund or credit if you don’t and the weather is not favourable.

    We recommend that you have appropriate shelter available as the sun can cause the equipment to become very hot.

  • The equipment must be found in the same state as it was dropped off at the beginning of the hire period. This means that all balls should be inside the ball pit, all stacking shapes gathered in one spot, all toy pieces back into the baskets, etc.

    A cleaning fee will apply if this is not followed. Please refer to our T&Cs for more information.

  • Yes, If you are interested in having decal, please let us know as we can provide one at an additional cost.

    Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to apply your own decal to our equipment as it can damage it.

  • We do not encourage relocating the equipment because of the heavy weight of some items.

    However, if the intention is to protect the equipment due to bad weather approaching, please give us a call and we will advise on the best way to do so.

Invoicing

  • Simply reply to our quote by email and we will send you the invoice.

    A few notes in regards to this:

    1) We do not hold dates until the deposit is payed and proof of transfer has been provided.

    2) A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable.

    3) The remainder of the invoice is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • We hold the maximum level of public liability insurance available. This is required for bookings in council venues, and other private venues.

    Please let us know if you require the certificate of currency and we will make it available to you.

  • We are accepting bank transfers only at the moment.

  • Things happen sometimes and we are here to help, however, please note:

    If you wish to cancel the booking:

    • Prior to seven days notice, the booking fee is credited to a date within twelve months from original booking date

    • Less than 7 days notice, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • If all items are returned in the condition they were at the beginning of the hiring period, you will be refunded within 5 business days.

    Please refer to our T&Cs for more information.

  • As the hirer, you accept responsibility for the equipment and will be invoiced for any damaged or lost equipment. This is explained in greater detail in our T&Cs.

  • If you loose part of an activity/toy you may be required to pay for replacement of the whole item. If the item is not essential to the function of the activity/toy, $10 per piece will be retained from your bond. If you happen to find the piece at a later date, this amount will be refunded.
